What this covers

These terms govern your use of getgodcode.com, the God Code playground, the Daily Verse page, and the public scroll registry. The God Code language itself is open source under the Apache 2.0 License, which governs the code, not this website.

Use of the site

• You may learn, write, run, and share God Code freely, for personal, educational, and commercial purposes.
• The playground, lessons, and Daily Verse are provided as-is for learning and creation. We work to keep them correct and available, but we make no guarantees of uptime or fitness for any particular purpose.
• Do not use the site to harm others: no malware, no phishing, no content that is hateful or illegal.

The scroll registry

• Publishing a scroll makes it public. Publish only scrolls you wrote or have the right to share.
• Do not publish scrolls designed to deceive, damage, or exploit the people who run them.
• We may remove published scrolls that break these rules or the law.

Your creations

The scrolls you write are yours. Publishing one to the registry grants others the right to read, run, and learn from it under the registry’s open terms. Nothing here claims ownership of your code.

Liability

To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for any loss arising from your use of the site or the language. If you build something the world depends on, test it like the world depends on it.

Changes

If these terms change, the new version will be posted here with an updated date. Continued use after a change means you accept the new terms.
